I posted the other day, but that post went missing. Ah nevermind.
I was saying the other day, how I thought that fine dining lives in the irony of our modern world. The world we live in, is so fast paced, so complex, and it craves for more efficiency and speed than anything else. And we actually have fine dining. Fine dining slows down eating, and it is actually important. All that thing about ettiquete, to an extreme. We are not supposed to do this, not supposed to do that. And a meal, easily finished at a mere ten minutes, is done at half hour. Pretty ironical huh? The course we had was, somewhat, not filling at all. Half a chicken, some leaves, soup and ice cream. All that for the lunch we forfeited, and the dinner we had it replaced. Anyways, thats not the point. I dont know how to go about this contradicting piece of thought, explaining all these and stuffs.
Anyways, gerry wrote a very sweet piece of thing for me. Thanks alot, and I would wish it come deja vu. hee. Man, i dont know whether to do sthg later on. Just wish me luck. hee.
